The services available at TravelH.com are owned and operated by TravelH LLC and is accessed by you under the Terms and Conditions below.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services and website of TravelH. By making a booking on the TravelH website, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.
1. ABOUT US
TravelH LLC offers extensive corporate travel programs to institutions seeking world-class experience for their associates at reasonable market prices. Please refer to the ‘About Us’ on the home page of the website to see more information about our organization.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Apart from the content you own, TravelH and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are not permitted to reuse text, photo material, or other materials on this website without explicit permission from TravelH.
3. BOOKING CONDITIONS
You are required to immediately review your booking details to confirm (but not limited to):
passenger names, email address, phone number, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your booking receipt.
Once you have confirmed and submitted your booking and travel details, note that you voluntarily take full responsibility for the risks and/or costs associated with failure to report any errors or
omissions.
Please inform TravelH immediately if any corrections are needed regarding the booking details.
Booking services with TravelH is available only to persons aged 18 years and older. If you are representing an organization, then you acknowledged that you are bound by this Agreement on
behalf of that organization and you warrant the right to bind the organization to this Agreement.
By submitting a booking to TravelH, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You assume sole responsibility to verify all documents for passport, visa, medical preparation, or other entry and travel requirements of each destination.
TravelH bears no responsibility for any damages incurred due to your failure to comply with the documentation requirements. For further information about the current required documents,
please consult with the proper domestic and foreign governmental agencies.
5. CANCELLATION TERMS
TravelH reserves the right to cancel your travel arrangements at any time before the date of your departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent. TravelH will refund in full the money you have already paid, while no compensation will be payable.
You may cancel travel arrangements at any time provided you inform TravelH. Please note that there may corresponding charges, depending on the date of your cancellation.
TravelH only acts as an agent for the airlines and is not responsible for the cancellation, rescheduling, or delay of your flight. TravelH will provide the necessary assistance to address your
concerns, but the airline company will have the final decision on such requests.
